Inspire Inclusion at Cisco's Women of Impact Panel

Updated: Jan 14

Participating in the International Women's Day, Women of Impact panel at Cisco in ATX was a truly enlightening experience, especially getting to know more about the remarkable women I shared the stage with: Avni Trivedi, Chief Revenue Officer at OETC, Kendall Antonelli, Founder + CoOwner of Antonelli's Cheese Shop and Wendy Howell, CEO of Executive Council Network who expertly hosted our panel.

The highlight for me was the authenticity and openness with which these leaders shared their challenges. Their stories weren't just narratives; they were testaments to the resilience required in leadership and the common hurdles we all face.

Hearing the women discuss their personal journeys, the obstacles they've overcome, and the lessons learned along the way was inspiring. It's these raw, unfiltered conversations that truly benefit the audience, offering a sense of camaraderie and the understanding that no one is alone in their struggles.

The honesty from these women underscored a crucial aspect of leadership: the power of vulnerability and the strength found in shared experiences. A big thank you to Sara Santoliquido, Stephanie Mosher and Wendy Howell for their warm welcome and putting this event together!
